Who Am I? Why am I here, and How does "it" work?

These questions have propelled me through my life with both fierce determination and abject surrender. It's been a long journey home, but more than worth the effort. Knowing who I am and why I'm here has given me a peace I had only longed for.

My hope and intention is to guide you in moving through and forward in your life; understanding and respecting who you are and your place in this world. I believe good health, happiness, loving relationships and prosperous work are available to all.

The negative beliefs, ideas, attitudes and behaviors that hold us back and confuse us, can lead us off track, and into the land of "I don't know and I don't care." At its worst, a bottomless pit of tormenting thoughts, destructive habits, and a sense of isolation and abandonment that can literally take your life.

I offer my support, encouragement, and guidance to direct your attention to that place within all of us that knows no fear; that always was, and always will be. This is the truth of your being; it is Pure Love, Light and Joy.

From your own inner love and wisdom, causes and motivations are revealed. New perspective is gained, and your perception transformed. Let go of limiting beliefs, release old emotions held for a lifetime, and step into a new way of being.

The first step is always a decision. A decision to change, to embrace new possibilities, and let the dream be fulfilled. Never let anyone tell you, you can't do it. Your will is your ticket to freedom.

Find the love within yourself, and find what works. Then do that. Every day. Your life is your spiritual practice. The thoughts you think, the things you do, and your attitude reveal who you know yourself to be. And God, Love and the Universe support and guide you every step of the way.

God is available; ever present, ever loving, always creating. Your life is your opportunity to express the Divine within you. Make it what you want it to be.
