There are lots of tools for change, healing and transformation. Meditation is one of the oldest and most powerful practices to assist you in becoming more self-aware, shed negative beliefs and illusion, and make contact with your soul.
What is everything that’s ever happened to you is in divine order? What if there are no mistakes, only lessons you needed to learn? What if the timing of everything is perfect?
Start to separate out the “you” who is watching and hearing the thoughts, from your thoughts and feelings. You are the observer of thoughts and feelings, the consciousness and stillness behind the activity of mind. By maintaining attention in the now, it allows you greater freedom, awareness and choice about who you are, and how you move through the world.
